Eystone A.  Mukubi pronounced (Estone) popularly known as MALUDA born 2nd September 1988 is an African hip hop artiste from Nairobi, Kenya and currently based in Kenya. MALUDA gained recognition in the music industry while he was still a member of gospel rap group ETERNAL MC'S. Having been born and raised in Nairobi's inner city (JERICHO LUMUBA) MALUDA opted to start rapping as opposed to many of his peers who chose a life of crime.

He describes his younger years as tough as his mom struggled to make ends meet, and they moved around a lot to avoid debts. Let’s be honest, Jericho has a reputation for being a rough and tumble part of Kenya, and with its gang culture and massive drug problem, it was only through finding Christ that MALUDA says he survived those early years.

 In 2016 MALUDA won a Groove Awards in the category of hip hop song of the year for his song featuring Juliani.
